Follow The Journey- Love Dermatology Update #1

During our first meeting, Dr. Breedlove and I discussed her progress inside my new Advanced Acceleration Program featuring The Resiliency Factor Course!

For those of you who are unaware, Dr. Breedlove is working through my new program designed to help aesthetic business leaders develop an enhanced operational model to catapult their growth! ⁠ ⁠

Each module guides leaders through a series of videos and accountability assignments. The first module focuses on the essentials of Foundational Leadership. ⁠ ⁠

During our conversation, Dr. Breedlove shared how thankful she was to have accountability while working through this course. In her words: ⁠ ⁠

“I love the accountability, it has to happen…if you and I weren’t meeting right now, I would have found a thousand other things to do. I have no idea how anyone can ever be bored.”

I understand! Accountability is an essential component of success I provide within my program.⁠ ⁠

As a busy aesthetic business leader, you are not going to find the time to work on your business. You have to make the time.

With the craziness of starting a new practice at the end of 2019, Dr. Breedlove shared that she has not stopped long enough to write down her mission, vision, and overarching goals. (I find this is fairly common practice with many of my clients…) ⁠ ⁠

As Dr. Breedlove works through module one, she is going to realize how much writing these into succinct statements will help them come alive inside her business! ⁠ ⁠

This week, Dr. Breedlove is finalizing her mission and vision statement. She’s also planning a fun team meeting where she’ll discuss ideas for an internal team motto. She’s excited to let her team share their input, and hopes to engage and strengthen the team culture by doing so! 😁⁠ ⁠
