It is time to check in with Dr. Breedlove and her progress through The Advanced Acceleration Program!

As Dr. Breedlove continues to work through Module 2, she has been filling out the Performance dashboard for her practice. We were so excited to learn from her that during the pandemic, she saw 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵! She has almost tripled her revenue from March to August!!!

Dr. Breedlove shared with us that while dashboards and numbers are not her normal zone of genius, she has been eager to learn more about where her practice is at financially.

Meeting with her accountant used to be a bit intimidating, she said, but now she feels confident about walking into her next meeting because she knows her numbers.

As we hoped and intended, Dr. Breedlove has utilized the dashboard as a springboard for improvement. Asking questions such as: Where am I doing well?, What could I be doing better? AND How can I direct my efforts towards what I want to improve?

As all students of Advanced Acceleration will find, knowing your numbers gives you a clearer pathway to pursuing your 1, 3, and 10-year goals.

The Performance dashboard is a document that aesthetic business owners update once a month. After initially inputting all revenue & expenses, the dashboard automatically configures the financial data for you. As leaders work through the course, they build upon this data– creating a resource that allows them to understand their business & maximize their profitability!

Next, Dr. Breedlove is finishing her dashboard and eagerly anticipating the upcoming modules

Knowing your financial data is a crucial part of running your practice. It prepares you with the confidence to have quality conversations with your accountant and understand what you are discussing. Spending only a few minutes every month updating your Performance dashboard empowers you to achieve so much!

Go follow us and stay updated on Dr. Breedlove’s progress!
