We are starting this next update with some BIG news! Just a few months after starting the Aesthetics Accelerator Program, Dr. Breedlove and her team over at Love Dermatology had their BIGGEST revenue month of the year!

During our meeting, we discussed how tedious working through the Performance Metrics module has been for her. However, we are soooo glad that Dr. Breedlove has been putting in all of that hard work because now she can see all of the progress she has made since starting! It feels much more tangible and she knows she is on the right track with the numbers verifying her progress!

Dr. Breedlove has been taking her newfound knowledge in KPIs and tracking them in other areas of her business as well.

She’s been tracking her ROI on her Facebook Ads and has become quite discerning when making decisions for her business based on the goals she has created.

As the leader of her practice, she adeptly uses her critical thinking skills to decide which expenses & investments will help her achieve this new vision for her business.

“There are only two reasons that businesses fail, one the grow too slow. Two, they grow too fast.”

This was an insightful quote that Dr. Breedlove shared with me about the difficultly in straddling these two extremes during the start-up phase.

We’ve been discussing the applications that it can have for her aesthetic practice. And as Dr. Breedlove tries new systems, processes, and practices, she is fine-tuning her leadership style. She knows that when something doesn’t work, that doesn’t mean it failed. It just means that she needs to figure out what did work and do more of it!!!

“Running your own business is a lot of work, but it’s a lot of fun too!” she quips.

I couldn’t agree more. I’ve always said that life is 50% awesome and 50% rough. All of Dr. Breedlove’s hard work is paying off, and I am so excited that I get to be a part of her journey. Her determination and desire to learn are so inspiring, and I know that her practice is going to continue thriving as she scales!
