HydraFacial recently announced their agreement to merge with Vesper Healthcare Acquisition Corp. The deal is expected to close in mid-2021. As part of the agreement, the company will be publicly listed on the NASDAQ, with an enterprise value of $1.1 Billion!*
What does this merger mean for your aesthetic business?

+ Increased sales, product, and training support
+ Better Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Marketing, Advertising, & Brand Awareness
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬:
– Market domination
– Competing tech can become obsolete as consumers prefer the “name-brand”
– Likely increase in product prices (both platform & consumables)
As HydraFacial is one of the most popular consumer choices for both skin and beauty already, I believe even more rapid growth is in store as a result of this merger.
