HydraFacial recently announced their agreement to merge with Vesper Healthcare Acquisition Corp. The deal is expected to close in mid-2021. As part of the agreement, the company will be publicly listed on the NASDAQ, with an enterprise value of $1.1 Billion!*⁠ ⁠

As HydraFacial is one of the most popular consumer choices for both skin and beauty already, I believe even more rapid growth is in store as a result of this merger. ⁠ ⁠
