The Issues and Initiatives List

Let’s discuss one of the best tools you can use for your business. I call it…

The Issues and Initiatives ( I&I ) List.

When you use this tool consistently (every week), it produces GAME-CHANGING results for your aesthetic practice. It helps you learn how to spotlight & tackle issues and helps open up communication among your team.

As the leader of your business you have to be willing to identify what’s going wrong within your business, address it, and build your business back up stronger than ever!

The Issues and Initiatives List helps you accomplish just that.

It allows you to shine a bright light 🔦 on all issues in your business, log & prioritize them, and finally resolve them once and for all!!!

So, what is the I & I List?

It is a tool designed for use during your weekly leadership meeting. The I & I List breaks down issues and initiatives by priority, allowing you to discuss the most pressing issues first. This is critical because you won’t always be able to discuss everything on your list in every meeting.

You then classify Issues & Initiatives according to their placement within my proprietary T.E.M.P.O method.

This list then breaks down the issue or initiative into a high-level view, core problem, and agreed-upon solution. Every item on your list requires a designated team member responsible for resolving the issue within a specific deadline.

Many of my clients are relieved once they remove all of the mental drama from their practice. They realize that everything either comes down to being an Issue or an Initiative.

Clients love that the I & I list instills team accountability and keeps them on track to reach their overarching goals!
