As competition gets stiffer by the year in the Aesthetic Industry, practices and medical spas need to pivot their mindset on how they will compete in 2020. Always buying the latest technology or product line can get quite expensive. Competing on price can drive your margins into the unprofitable zone.

I just finished Part 2 of a workshop this week where I introduce my concepts for providing ‘World Class Client Experiences’.
