Develop a pre-screening questionnaire asking about COVID symptoms when confirming next-day appointments. Also, think about whether you will be taking clientsโ€™ forehead temperatures upon arrival. (You will definitely need a separate, more stringent protocol for COVID testing and pre-surgical isolation measures for any surgical patients.)
