This is the last day that we are sharing from our “𝘊𝘖𝘝𝘐𝘋-𝘌𝘳𝘢 𝘙𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵.” It has been such a pleasure helping you think through your reopening strategy this week. If you would like to have a complete copy of the checklist, click HERE and you will find the FREE downloadable PDF!

Make sure you are communicating all of these steps you are taking clearly to your clients. You can choose to do this through phone scripts, emails, and text messages. They want to know you are on top of these issues and providing a safe, sanitary environment. Better yet, create a video of all the measures you are taking and post to your social media outlets. Alleviate client fears about your preparedness for re-opening!

This is the moment that your team truly needs inspirational leadership. Set extra time aside to speak with them. Listen to their concerns, fears, and feedback regarding how to proceed with business-NOT-as-usual. Make sure you have all the PPE required for them to do their jobs safely. Also, realize you may have to excuse team members who are at high-risk. Think of other ways they can contribute to your business if they need to stay at home for the time being.

Tell us how you are implementing these considerations this week! We would love to hear from you! 💙
