While the Aesthetic industry already boasts a customized experience based on client goals, skin type, etc., there are still ample opportunities for you to create a superior client experience. How, do you ask? By customizing your services even further.⁠ ⁠

Consider personalizing your clients’ packages by allowing them to choose a part of the treatments they receive. For example, they could select which serum, mask or booster is included in their service. Don’t offer these additional treatments as an upgrade, but instead build the additional treatment cost into your existing pricing.

You could also look to customize the client environment by diffusing their favorite scent or allowing them to connect their music playlist. Clients will love the freedom they feel when they get to make customized decisions regarding their treatments!⁠
