The New Better

What if we shifted our mindset and rather than referring to life during COVID as “The New Normal” we thought of it as “The New Better?”
I recently listened to Jack Canfield talk about this mindset shift and how he prefers to use it within his organization. I love the perspective he offers, suggesting that we focus on the positives this year has brought.
You see, I do believe that 2020 has provided aesthetic businesses the opportunity to become stronger than ever before! I have witnessed it time and time again this year with my clients and I marvel at their resiliency.
I’m going to share a few examples of how 2020 has POSITIVELY impacted aesthetic practices and created a new better…
•Leaders have learned how to run effective virtual events and save on catering, extra staffing, & physical promotions while team members gained new tech skills to boot!
•Practices have refocused and flexed their Social Media muscles. Aesthetic businesses had HUGE gains in figuring out how to engage, grow their following, and obtain new clients virtually.
•Practices are placing more importance on cleanliness- taking it to the next, unprecedented level, and clients truly appreciate that.
•Businesses have gone more paperless and learned to rely on technology to do more, streamlining processes, and protecting the environment.
•Aesthetic leaders have embraced more e-commerce amping up their websites and raking in big sales while clients gain convenience of shopping from home.
•Practice owners have been able to take a step back in their business and re-evaluate their goals and unique competitive advantage. They have been able to hone in and get focused on who they are and what success means to them.
•Teams have learned how to lean on each other, striking a new bond and level of teamwork.
•Leaders have been able to lean out their teams, allowing them to maintain their A+ team members while working more effectively.
How can you transform your business by adopting this “New Better” mindset?
